USDA Prime beef, dry-aged for 29 days in a Himalayan salt room. Local Michigan farms supply seasonal produce while we import select ingredients from trusted purveyors worldwide. Our menu changes with the seasons, reflecting what's best from our region alongside carefully chosen global specialties.
